1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved or quartered
2–3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped or torn
1–2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions
1. 1. Spoon the full cup of cottage cheese into the bottom of your favorite bowl and spread it evenly.
2. 2. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes over the cottage cheese.
3. 3. Add the halved or quartered fresh mozzarella balls, nestling them among the tomatoes.
4. 4. Sprinkle a generous amount of fresh basil leaves over all the ingredients.
5. 5. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze over the bowl. Add optional olive oil if desired.
6. 6. Season with a pinch of salt and a grind of black pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
