A quick, homemade version of a classic Big Mac, wrapped in a flour tortilla with seasoned ground beef, special sauce, cheese, lettuce, and onion. Ready in under 20 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 wraps 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (80/20 or 90/10 lean)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp paprika

46 large flour tortillas (1012 inches)

46 slices American cheese

2 cups shredded lettuce

1/4 cup diced white onion (optional)

12 tsp sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Step 1: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth. Set aside.

2. Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.

3. Step 3: Lay a tortilla flat. Place a cheese slice in the center. Spoon a generous portion of beef over the cheese. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce. Top with shredded lettuce and diced onion (if using). Sprinkle sesame seeds (if using).

4. Step 4: Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a burrito shape. Repeat for remaining tortillas.

5. Step 5: Return skillet to medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Slice diagonally and serve.

Notes

Make sauce ahead for best flavor. Don’t overfill. Toast wraps seam-side down first. Store leftovers separately if meal prepping.
