Fresh Berries (1/2 cup)
Granola (1/4 cup)
Mini Chocolate Chips (optional, 2 tablespoons)
Chopped Nuts (optional, 2 tablespoons)
Parchment Paper (1 sheet)

Instructions
1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, letting it overhang slightly for easy removal.
2. In a medium bowl, mix plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick).
4. Sprinkle toppings (berries, granola, chocolate chips, nuts) evenly over the yogurt. Gently press them into the yogurt so they stick.
5. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely solid.
6. Remove from freezer, lift parchment to transfer to a cutting board, then break or cut into pieces. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best texture, use full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt. Non-fat works but may be slightly icier. Dairy-free yogurt alternatives work but must be thick. Store in an airtight freezer container for up to 3 weeks. Experiment with toppings like tropical fruits, nut butters, or spices for variety.
