Ingredients

Scale

1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 12 limes)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange zest

1/4 teaspoon finely grated lime zest

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

12. Garnish with chopped fresh mint leaves just before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed within 1-2 days. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator with a paper towel on top to absorb excess moisture. Add delicate fruits like raspberries or bananas just before serving if making ahead.
