Ingredients
4–6 large croissants
8–12 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)
2 tbsp finely chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and break each slice in half or into smaller pieces.
3. Slice each croissant horizontally, as for a sandwich.
4. Spread ranch dressing generously on both halves of each croissant.
5. Layer cooked turkey bacon pieces on the bottom half of each croissant.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the bacon.
7. Place top half of croissant back on.
8. Arrange assembled croissants on a baking sheet.
9. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
10. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Croissants can be assembled up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerated. Reheat in oven at 300-325°F for 10-15 minutes or air fryer at 300°F for 3-5 minutes. For extra crispiness, bake bacon on a wire rack. Customize with different cheeses, veggies, or bacon types.
