Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (approx. 25-30g)
1/4 cup milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat, soy)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 tablespoons sweetener (optional: maple syrup, honey, stevia, erythritol)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. 1. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using).
2. 2. Add Dry Ingredients: Carefully scoop in the vanilla protein powder and add the pinch of salt.
3. 3. Whisk Until Smooth: Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and no lumps remain.
4. 4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the pudding. Add more sweetener or vanilla extract if desired, mixing well after each addition.
5. 5. Chill (Recommended): Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld and pudding thicken.
6. 6. Serve and Enjoy: Stir well, spoon into serving dishes, and top with your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, granola, nuts, cinnamon, or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
Protein pow der choice matters: Whey creates a smooth pudding, casein is thicker, plant-based may need liquid adjustment. For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and milk. Adjust milk amount slowly to reach desired consistency. Do not freeze. Store in airtight container in fridge up to 3-4 days. A pinch of salt enhances flavor and balances sweetness.
